Spend a day with Helen to explore easy free motion techniques. You will have several panel options to pick from for your class project. Learn the basic motions and skills needed to let your stitching flow smoothly and effortlessly. Then you will use the printed design on your panel to add depth and dimension to your final piece. Make your completed top into a pillow or wallhanging. Fee $40.

It's not a quilt til it's quilted! Join Marilyn to learn basic machine quilting techniques. Learn how to layer the quilt sandwich and quilt it with stitch-in-the-ditch and straight line quilting. If you have a programmable computerized machine, Marilyn will show you how to do mock hand quilting easily by machine. Then, if you have an embroidery machine, explore computerized quilting in the hoop. Fee $42.

Is your quilt binding lumpy and uneven with rounded corners and poor miters? Many prize worthy quilts have failed due to shoddy binding. Learn the basic techniques of applying perfect quilt binding with straight grain or bias strips. Master continuous bias binding and precise mitered corners on both the front and back sides. Fee $30.
